About the Role

World Trade Center - Riyadh is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to providing high-level client service and contributing to business growth.

Role Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, engaging with clients, and supporting sales initiatives through proactive follow-up and promotion of workspace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high-end customer experience to all clients and visitors.
  • Manage front desk operations with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and client interactions.
  • Proactively call and follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
  • Support sales efforts by promoting workspace solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Prepare and provide regular reports on contacted leads and follow-ups.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the floor meets company standards and report any technical issues immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Experience in 5-star hotels or luxury environments is highly preferred.
  • Sales or Pre-sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Highly presentable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
