About the Role

Ejadah Management Consultancy is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is specifically designed for fresh graduates or recently unemployed developers with 0-1 years of experience, who possess a strong interest in both the visual aesthetics and functional performance of software applications.

Role Focus

The successful candidate will primarily focus on frontend development using *****, while also contributing to various aspects of product development within a dynamic team environment. This position offers an opportunity for rapid professional growth and direct involvement in building a tangible product.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend features using *****, which will constitute a significant portion of the role.
Translate designs from Figma into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
Automate internal team workflows and repetitive tasks through the application of AI tools.
Provide technical support to the engineering team for ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Participate in meetings with potential clients and partners in Riyadh to support technical discussions and API integration conversations.
Contribute to testing, code reviews, and documentation processes.

Required Qualifications

Status as a fresh graduate or currently unemployed, as this role is specifically for candidates at the beginning of their career.
A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, including graduates from Tuwaiq Academy and Saudi Digital Academy.
Strong knowledge of ******
A good eye for UI and user experience, with the ability to discern design and usability issues.
Willingness to work across different areas of the product as dictated by team requirements.
Current residency in Riyadh, as client meetings are conducted in person.

Experience with Figma or any other design tool.
Experience utilizing AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT to enhance development speed.
