About the Role

Silqfi is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on creating high-quality visual assets across various platforms. The role supports the creative team by translating ideas, briefs, and brand messages into clear, engaging, and visually consistent designs.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing visual content for social media, campaigns, presentations, internal communications, and brand materials. This involves working with multiple brands and platforms, ensuring all designs align with established brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, stories, carousels, ads, presentations, and other visual assets.
• Translate creative concepts and briefs into strong visual designs.
• Adapt campaign key visuals into different formats and platform sizes.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, motion designers, and social media specialists.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication objectives.
• Prepare design files for publishing, presentation, or production.
• Support campaign launches, announcements, and daily content needs.
• Create visual layouts that are clear, modern, and suitable for each platform.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Review designs before delivery to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Provide quick design adaptations to support the team as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in graphic design.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing social media, campaign, and brand design work.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colors, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Good knowledge of Arabic and English typography.
• Experience designing for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while producing fresh and engaging designs.

Required Skills and Tools

• Good attention to detail and ability to deliver clean final files.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
