About Atheal Health and the Role

Atheal Health is a personal health intelligence platform developed for Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. The company integrates comprehensive biomarker testing, medical expertise, and consumer-grade product design to enable individuals to understand their health proactively. Atheal Health is backed by Sanabil Studio by Redesign Health. This full-time Growth Manager role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is for a hands-on leader responsible for strategizing and executing across Atheal's entire end-to-end growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-funnel acquisition, including improving lead generation, optimizing the path from first contact to signup, building proactive outreach, and creating referral loops from members, their families, doctors, coaches, and communities.
Identify and manage affiliates, ambassadors, and community partnerships that drive demand. Establish relationships with gyms, wellness studios, clinics, creators, premium communities, and corporate wellness groups to attract suitable members.
Oversee content and creators, transforming member questions, founder insights, and health education into credible content. This includes managing creators through briefing, follow-ups, approvals, and maintaining quality standards.
Ensure brand stewardship, verifying that all growth channels, campaigns, content, and partnerships reflect Atheal's premium, Saudi-relevant, and credible brand identity, avoiding any cheap, spammy, or fear-based approaches.
Conduct growth operations by tracking performance, identifying effective and ineffective strategies, and maintaining a weekly reporting rhythm that provides actionable insights.

Candidate Profile and Approach

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder focused on shipping, testing, and demonstrating results with data. This role is not a traditional marketing position but rather ownership of Atheal's end-to-end growth, spanning inbound, outbound, referrals, affiliates, community partnerships, content, and brand. The individual should proactively track leads, channels, conversions, and acquisition costs, building repeatable systems from initial processes. A critical aspect is protecting the brand while executing rapidly, understanding the nuances of growth within a trust-sensitive health company, and ensuring all efforts are confident and never compromise credibility for short-term gains.

Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated experience building or running a growth channel (inbound, referral, affiliate, or community) from its early stages.
Proven experience managing creators, affiliates, or partners, including briefing, follow-up, and quality control.
Comfort working directly with founders and advisors in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong copywriting skills in both languages, and an understanding of Saudi consumer behavior to differentiate trustworthy from pushy communication.
Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience; this is a working guideline and open to adjustment for the right candidate.
No formal degree is required; emphasis is placed on practical achievements and contributions.
Strong plus: Background in a consumer startup, health or wellness, fitness, clinics, DTC or e-commerce, performance marketing, community growth, partnerships, affiliate or creator management, lifecycle or CRM, or brand-growth. Prior experience in another trust-sensitive category such as health or finance is also beneficial.
