About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires initiative in delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.

Core Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively manage guest needs and operational requirements. This includes assisting guests with loading and unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas, and generally ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. The role involves processing operational needs, addressing guest requests promptly, completing necessary reports, and sharing local area highlights to enhance the guest's visit. Making transactions feel like an integral part of the overall guest experience is a key objective.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Assisting guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas.
• Moving throughout the workspace to address operational needs and guest requests.
• Processing operational tasks efficiently.
• Responding to and fulfilling guest requests.
• Completing required reports accurately.
• Providing information and highlights about the local area to guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to be physically active. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and navigate various spaces, including stairs and service ramps. The position involves physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead, below the knees, and performing bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions are also part of the physical demands. A high school diploma or *** equivalent is required. No prior related work experience, supervisory experience, or specific licenses or certifications are necessary for this entry-level position.
