About the Role

Recruvion is seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead and transform its HR function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time strategic leadership position requires over 10 years of experience and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The role involves driving the organization's people agenda, strengthening organizational capability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture by aligning people strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's vision, business objectives, and growth plans.
  • Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on all people-related matters.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
  • Drive HR transformation projects to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations, and all applicable employment legislation.
  • Oversee employment contracts, HR policies, disciplinary procedures, employee relations, and termination processes.
  • Develop and execute effective Saudization strategies, ensuring compliance with Nitaqat requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant government entities and oversee statutory HR processes via platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Muqeem.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture, leading employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
  • Oversee compensation structures, salary benchmarking, annual remuneration reviews, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure accurate coordination of payroll processes with Finance and continuously improve HR systems and operational processes.
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, establishing robust governance frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, coaching business leaders on people management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience within the Saudi market, demonstrating a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience is required.

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and executive presence.
  • Deep expertise in Saudi Labour Law, MHRSD regulations, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and employment compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing Saudization (Nitaqat) initiatives and workforce localization strategies.
  • Expertise across organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and talent management.
  • Proven experience partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams to shape organizational strategy.
