About the Role

Limitless Naturals is seeking a Head of Marketing GCC to lead the regional marketing strategy and execution for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires over 10 years of progressive marketing experience to drive brand building, demand generation, and digital commerce initiatives.

Role Purpose

The Head of Marketing GCC will be responsible for accelerating growth across the region by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. This includes enhancing brand presence, driving demand through various channels, and building a high-performing marketing organization capable of supporting the company's commercial ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional marketing strategy and investment priorities for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, ensuring alignment with commercial growth objectives.
• Own and adapt the regional brand proposition to resonate with local consumers and build brand equity.
• Drive demand and brand growth across in-store and online channels, converting marketing investments into awareness, trial, and market share gains.
• Lead the digital, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth agenda, setting strategies for online, marketplace, and subscription channels.
• Shape the regional portfolio strategy, collaborating with Innovation and Supply Chain to optimize the SKU portfolio for growth.
• Define market entry strategies for new and adjacent Gulf markets, developing the commercial case for expansion.
• Manage the external agency ecosystem (creative, media, digital), ensuring accountability for performance and delivery standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team, focusing on talent development and seamless integration with the broader company structure.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles within FMCG, consumer goods, or consumer health sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building brands, executing strategies, and delivering commercial growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing activations, with experience scaling DTC, subscription, and marketplace channels.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage external agency partners effectively.
• Robust commercial and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
