About Yaqeen Capital and the Role

Yaqeen Capital is a Saudi investment company, listed on the Saudi Exchange and licensed by the Capital Market Authority under license number (37-06020). The firm offers a comprehensive range of financial services, including brokerage, asset management, investment banking, custody, and advisory services to both individual and institutional clients. We are seeking a Head of Wealth Management to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity.

Strategic Leadership in Wealth Management

This role is central to leading the Wealth Management division, with a primary focus on setting strategic direction and driving growth. The Head of Wealth Management will oversee investment products and advisory services specifically tailored for high-net-worth and institutional clients, ensuring solutions meet diverse investment needs while adhering to regulatory and internal policy frameworks.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies.
• Review investment performance and implement necessary adjustments.
• Ensure all offerings comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
• Manage and develop a team of relationship managers and advisors.
• Contribute to the development of new investment products.
• Report on business performance and market trends to senior leadership.

Client Engagement and Business Growth

• Support and drive business development initiatives to expand client base.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, serving as a primary point of contact.
• Achieve targeted annual revenue goals and key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or a related financial services field.
• Possession of the CME-1 certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated high ethical standards and a strong commitment to compliance, risk management, and client-centric service.
