Role Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert, also referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions. This role is empowered to proactively manage their environment to ensure all spaces within the hotel contribute to a positive guest experience. Responsibilities extend beyond basic room cleaning to encompass various housekeeping duties that uphold the hotel's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
• Performing a variety of housekeeping functions.
• Responding to guest requests.
• Stocking cleaning carts and supplies.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public spaces.
• Ensuring a safe work environment.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality standards.
• Presenting a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to be on your feet and moving for extended periods, including standing, sitting, or walking. It also involves a hands-on approach to work, necessitating the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
