About the Role

W Hotels in Riyadh is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel to ensure a memorable and unique guest experience. The role requires a proactive approach to housekeeping functions and a commitment to upholding quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping duties aimed at ensuring the hotel's spaces contribute to a positive guest experience. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
  • Performing various housekeeping functions to high standards.
  • Responding to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stocking housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
  • Cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing areas requiring attention.

Essential Requirements

Success in this role requires adherence to fundamental principles and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping. Key requirements include:

  • Ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Following all company policies and procedures.
