About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel to create a memorable and unique guest experience. The role requires a hands-on approach to various housekeeping functions, ensuring that all spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping duties. This includes, but is not limited to, delivering guest requests, stocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms, and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas. The primary objective is to ensure that the hotel environment is consistently clean and well-presented, directly impacting guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Performing housekeeping tasks to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.
• Responding to and fulfilling guest requests promptly.
• Ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are clean and presentable.
• Managing and stocking housekeeping supplies and carts.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

This role requires a proactive individual with 0-1 years of experience in a similar capacity. The ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks is essential.

Physical Demands of the Role

Guest Environment Experts will be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The role also involves a hands-on approach, necessitating the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. These physical requirements are critical for effectively performing job duties.
