The Role of Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of HR services. This role involves assisting the HR team in delivering comprehensive HR support to managers and staff across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to line managers and employees, effectively explaining procedures and policies.
• Assist the HR department in the successful completion of various HR projects.
• Support the administration of the performance management system.
• Enter and maintain accurate data within the HR database or system.
• Prepare and provide data for management information reports and documents.
• Manage payroll processes, leave recording, and absence tracking.
• Administer probationary review periods for employees.
• Assist the AVP/VP of HR with the maintenance and development of human resource procedures and policies.
• Counsel applicants and employees on company rules, policies, benefits, procedures, and job opportunities.
• Support the completion of job application materials and documents, and assist in the preparation of employment interviews and tests.
• Maintain department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in human resources administration or a similar support role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a collaborative HR team dedicated to supporting the organization's workforce.
