About the Role

Saudi Services For Electro Mechanic Works Co. (SSEM) is seeking a Human Resources Secretary to manage administrative tasks for the HR Director and provide support to the HR department. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and oversee official appointments.
  • Prepare and handle confidential correspondence, reports, and official documents.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with executive management and relevant departments.
  • Support the HR Director in the execution of strategic HR initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate with all Human Resources departments to organize, arrange, and update files and records.
  • Follow up on circulars and instructions issued by the Human Resources Director, distribute them to concerned departments, and monitor compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
