About Systems Arabia

Systems Arabia is seeking a dedicated Information Technology Service Desk Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on providing essential first-level technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth IT operations and a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Service Desk Agent plays a crucial role in our IT support framework. This position involves diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues, managing incidents and service requests efficiently, and maintaining clear communication with users. The ideal candidate will contribute to a responsive and effective support environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
  • Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot common IT issues utilizing remote support tools and standard troubleshooting procedures.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate Level 2 or specialized support teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and user interactions within the service management system.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, providing timely updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and basic system administration tasks.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting recurring issues and their solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot IT issues effectively.
  • Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
