About the Role

LiuGong Machinery is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead the development and operation of its construction machinery rental business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on operational leadership, commercial development, and building dealer capabilities. The successful candidate will drive fleet utilization, enhance business profitability, develop customer rental solutions, and support dealers in establishing professional rental management systems.

Core Responsibilities: Rental Operations and Commercial Growth

• Lead the overall operation of LiuGong Saudi Company's equipment rental business.
• Develop strategies to maximize fleet utilization, equipment availability, and business profitability.
• Manage equipment lifecycle planning, including fleet acquisition, deployment, maintenance, refurbishment, and disposal.
• Oversee equipment scheduling, logistics, delivery, collection, and yard management.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs are effectively implemented to minimize equipment downtime.
• Develop and execute rental sales strategies to grow market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Manage rental quotations, contract negotiations, renewals, and contract compliance.
• Monitor market trends and recommend competitive pricing strategies.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Financial Oversight and Team Leadership

• Prepare and manage the rental business budget.
• Monitor key business KPIs, including fleet utilization, equipment availability, rental revenue, profitability, collection performance, and return on assets (ROA).
• Control operating costs, including maintenance, logistics, labor, and fleet expenses.
• Support credit control and collection activities while minimizing financial risk.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.
• Build, lead, and develop the rental operations team.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
• Establish performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

Dealer Network Development

• Assess dealers' rental business capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support dealers in establishing rental business strategies and operational roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on fleet planning, rental operations, pricing strategy, equipment management, contract administration, credit management, and risk control.
• Deliver training programs for dealer management and rental teams.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to review business performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Share LiuGong global best practices and promote collaboration across the dealer network.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience of 5-10 years in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market, with a strong understanding of local business practices, commercial regulations, and the construction equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of equipment rental operations, including fleet planning, utilization, maintenance, contract management, cost control, pricing, and profitability.
• Solid understanding of construction machinery products and their applications.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, KPIs, pricing strategies, and business performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with a construction equipment manufacturer, dealer, or leading equipment rental company.
• Experience establishing or expanding a rental business and developing dealer or distributor rental capabilities.
• Familiarity with rental management or fleet management systems.
