The Role: Officer B C Data Intelligence

Almosafer is seeking a motivated Officer B C Data Intelligence to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role supports the B2C business by translating business questions into data-driven insights. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and support decision-making through descriptive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct descriptive analysis to support the B2C business, identifying trends and patterns in customer and transaction data.
• Translate business requirements into data insights and actionable reports.
• Monitor the performance of basic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report irregularities or anomalies in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support business teams.
• Assist in gathering data requirements from stakeholders under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Support data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Collaborate with senior team members on analytical projects and present findings in a clear, simple format.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar field.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct descriptive analysis and identify data trends.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail for data validation and quality assurance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
