About the Role

Careers at TSS is seeking a dedicated Omnissa MDM & BeyondTrust PAM Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing, securing, and optimizing our enterprise endpoint fleet and privileged identity infrastructure. The role requires a highly technical professional with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in administering both Omnissa MDM and BeyondTrust PAM solutions.

Role Purpose and Context

As a core administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring robust Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) through Omnissa MDM, while simultaneously securing critical infrastructure access and monitoring high-risk credentials using BeyondTrust PAM. This dual focus ensures comprehensive security and efficient management across our digital environment, requiring deep technical expertise in both specialized areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer the full lifecycle management of corporate endpoints, including laptops and mobile devices, using Omnissa MDM.
• Design, deploy, and enforce compliance policies, profile configurations, and secure application distribution within the Omnissa MDM environment.
• Oversee the administration of BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) and Password Safe modules.
• Manage privileged account discovery, automated credential rotation, and session monitoring and recording functionalities within BeyondTrust PAM.
• Ensure proper alignment between endpoint compliance measures and privileged access controls.
• Integrate security logs from both systems into the enterprise security monitoring ecosystem for continuous auditing and threat detection.
• Verify and align endpoint configurations and privileged access workflows with internal governance policies and national cybersecurity frameworks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess 2-5 years of direct, hands-on administration experience with enterprise-level Omnissa MDM and BeyondTrust PAM solutions. A strong technical background in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) is essential, demonstrating the ability to manage complex security and infrastructure challenges.

Technical Expertise

The specialist will demonstrate proficiency in configuring and maintaining MDM policies, managing device lifecycles, and securing application deployments. Furthermore, expertise in privileged account management, including access controls, credential rotation, and session auditing, is required to maintain a robust security posture for critical systems.
