The Role

ExeQut is seeking a One Identity Manager Administrator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on supporting the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the One Identity Manager platform. The administrator will manage user lifecycle operations, access governance processes, and workflow support, ensuring stable identity management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the One Identity Manager platform across production and non-production environments.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, role assignments, and access request workflows.
• Support identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot synchronization, provisioning, and workflow issues.
• Work with connectors, application integrations, and directory services such as Active Directory.
• Assist with account reconciliations, access reviews, and identity data quality initiatives.
• Perform routine platform maintenance, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
• Support incident, request, and problem management activities within defined SLA timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support runbooks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application owners on Identity and Access Management (IAM)-related tasks.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in administering and supporting the One Identity Manager platform.
• Proficiency in managing user lifecycle operations, access governance, and workflow support.
• Experience with troubleshooting synchronization, provisioning, and workflow issues.
• Familiarity with connectors, application integrations, and directory services like Active Directory.
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Strong collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working collaboratively with security, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust identity management services.
