About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager Automotive to lead and optimize the daily operations of a car rental company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for driving nationwide expansion across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in operations, logistics, and project management, with over 10 years of proven experience in the car rental or a closely related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational activities.
• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead and manage operational projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Manage, train, and motivate operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to drive decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, customer service, sales, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
