About the Role

ASAS for Developing & Operating Industrial Cities is seeking an experienced Oracle Senior Developer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle enterprise applications to meet business requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop applications using Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
• Develop and maintain customizations using various Oracle technologies.
• Design and build reports and dashboards.
• Develop integrations between Oracle systems and external applications via APIs and Web Services.
• Perform unit testing and system integration testing to ensure solution quality.
• Provide technical support and resolve system issues, including bug fixing.
• Optimize system and database performance.
• Document technical designs, developments, and customizations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.

Technical Expertise Required

• Strong experience with PL/SQL.
• Expertise in OAF and ADF.
• Experience with Oracle Forms & Reports (for EBS).
• Oracle APEX experience is preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (for Fusion).
• Understanding of system architecture.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Experience with reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.

Functional Knowledge

A basic understanding of the following functional areas is required:

• Finance
• Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle application development.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion is required; experience with both is preferred.
