About the Role

Ajlan & Bros Holding is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in a legal support role.

Role Overview

The Paralegal will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information related to various cases. This role involves facilitating communication between different groups and ensuring all case-critical documents are maintained in an organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and draft routine legal documents in both English and Arabic.
• Create and maintain comprehensive case files.
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by managing organized schedules and providing timely reminders.
• Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant, or paralegal.
• A Bachelor's degree or a Paralegal certificate.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
