About the Role

SmartChoice International GCC is recruiting an experienced Partnership Manager Health Tech to drive commercial growth within the Saudi insurance market. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working with an innovative and expanding health technology business. The role focuses on establishing and nurturing key relationships to expand market presence.

Role Overview and Impact

This is a senior and autonomous role responsible for building strategic partnerships across the health insurance sector. The Partnership Manager will engage with health insurers, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), and large corporate employers. A primary objective is to expand the company's footprint in Saudi Arabia by positioning its preventative healthcare solutions as effective tools for reducing claims costs and enhancing employee health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Saudi insurance market.
• Build and manage relationships with health insurers, TPAs, self-insured employers, and large corporate organisations.
• Engage with senior decision-makers, including HR Directors, CFOs, Medical Directors, and actuarial teams.
• Identify, qualify, and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Present commercially focused business cases that demonstrate measurable financial and healthcare outcomes.
• Negotiate and close pilot programmes, partnership agreements, and long-term commercial contracts.
• Navigate procurement processes and healthcare regulations within Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain CRM discipline and proactively manage the sales pipeline.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities across the Kingdom.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Saudi insurance landscape and an established network within the sector. Candidates should demonstrate a proven ability to open new markets and drive commercial growth.
