About the Payroll Specialist Role

Esnad Contracting is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position will focus on supporting our construction and project sites by accurately managing payroll processes. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of site-based payroll components.

Core Responsibilities

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll for both site and office employees. This includes meticulously verifying attendance records, overtime calculations, deductions, and various allowances submitted by project sites. A key aspect of this role involves close coordination with project managers to ensure the timely and accurate submission of all necessary payroll data. Maintaining up-to-date employee records and comprehensive payroll documentation is also a critical function.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Prepare and process monthly payroll cycles with precision.
• Verify site attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances.
• Liaise with project managers for accurate and timely data submission.
• Update employee payroll records and maintain all related documentation.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding salaries and entitlements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in payroll processing. Essential experience includes working within construction, contracting, or project-based organizations. A solid understanding of site-based payroll components, such as field allowances, overtime, shifts, and site attendance systems, is required. Proficiency in processing monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines is expected. Furthermore, a good grasp of Saudi labor regulations, end-of-service calculations, and employee entitlements is necessary.
