The Role of Product Builder

Atheal Health is seeking a Product Builder to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for bridging the gap between product conceptualization and final delivery, ensuring that what Atheal builds precisely matches its intended vision. The Product Builder serves as a key liaison between business priorities and the technical team, translating requirements effectively in both directions and overseeing projects through to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

Translate discussions with leadership, team members, and users into clear, written product requirements and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
Analyze member feedback and usage data regularly to identify patterns and integrate these insights into product prioritization and development.
Facilitate cross-functional execution by bridging communication between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring alignment and follow-through until product launch.
Maintain product quality and attention to detail by reviewing builds against specifications, conducting acceptance testing, and ensuring no product ships with overlooked gaps.
Establish and refine product practices, including roadmap definition, requirements formatting, and progress tracking and communication as the product function evolves.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Up to approximately 3 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a closely related startup role. Candidates in early career stages are considered if they demonstrate strong fundamentals and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams, understanding technical tradeoffs even without direct coding experience.
Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM assistants, or coding copilots, regardless of whether it constitutes a primary part of current daily work.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and within a small team, contributing to process development rather than solely following established procedures.
Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
No formal degree is required for this position.
