About the Production Section Manager Role

Alfanar is seeking a Production Section Manager for its low voltage electrical products manufacturing facility in Riyadh. This full-time role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience to oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality electrical products while adhering to safety standards and production targets.

Production Oversight and Planning

The Production Section Manager will be responsible for overseeing all production processes within the manufacturing facility. This includes developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory goals, coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure a smooth workflow, and optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. The role also involves managing the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, and monitoring production costs to ensure optimal resource utilization.

Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

A key aspect of this role is ensuring the highest quality standards. The manager will implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the production cycle, collaborating with the quality assurance team to set and maintain standards. Regular inspections and audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Furthermore, the role involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and working with engineering and R&D teams to integrate technological advancements.

Team Leadership and Development
