About the Role

NextEra is seeking a Project Manager – IT (NOC Operations) to lead and manage end-to-end Network Operations Center (NOC) service delivery for a significant client engagement in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to serve as the primary liaison between the client and the delivery team, ensuring all contractual, operational, and compliance obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete spectrum of NOC operations and service delivery.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client.
• Manage team operations, including reporting structures and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with Saudization requirements and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee cybersecurity measures and operational governance within the NOC.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/NOC project management is required.
• Possession of a PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is necessary for effective communication.

Role Context

This role is critical for the successful execution of a major client engagement in Riyadh. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the NOC, acting as the bridge between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
