Asas Makeen is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to our operational success, focusing on the effective management and delivery of projects across all phases.

The Role of Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initial planning through to final delivery. This involves ensuring that all project objectives are met within the approved scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires coordinating efforts between project teams and various stakeholders, proactively managing risks, and continuously monitoring execution quality to achieve high levels of operational efficiency and excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
Develop comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within the approved scope.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments, executive management, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks, develop robust mitigation plans, and ensure effective resolution of any issues that arise.
Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and track overall project performance.
Ensure strict compliance with established quality standards, company procedures, and project governance frameworks.
Prepare regular, detailed project status reports and communicate progress clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment to achieve defined project objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully leading projects through all phases.
