About the Psychiatrist Role

Hunt Hire Gulf is seeking a qualified Psychiatrist for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh. This role is integral to providing comprehensive mental health services within the community.

Core Responsibilities

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for a range of clinical duties focused on patient care and treatment. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patient conditions.
• Diagnosing a variety of mental health conditions.
• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Providing both outpatient and, when necessary, inpatient care.
• Prescribing and closely monitoring psychopharmacological treatments.
• Administering evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions.

Collaborative Care and Documentation

This role emphasizes teamwork and accurate record-keeping to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Psychiatrist will:

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and primary care physicians, to deliver integrated and holistic care.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation for all patients.
• Actively participate in case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Support mental health education efforts for patients, their families, and staff members.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the Psychiatrist to be physically present at the designated work location.
