Role Overview: Public Relations Officer

Sabbour Consulting is seeking a Public Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing all governmental and administrative affairs for the Company's Saudi office. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with Saudi laws and regulations by coordinating with government authorities and facilitating essential company and employee-related transactions. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Governmental Affairs and Compliance

  • Represent the Company before all Saudi governmental authorities and official entities to process and follow up on required transactions.
  • Obtain, renew, and maintain company licenses, commercial registrations, permits, certificates, and other statutory documents.
  • Process employee-related government services, including visas, work permits, Iqamas, renewals, transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures.
  • Manage and maintain the Company's accounts on all relevant Saudi government portals, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure the Company's compliance with applicable Saudi laws, regulations, and governmental requirements.
  • Monitor the validity of all company and employee official documents and coordinate timely renewals to avoid penalties.

Office Administration and Operational Support

  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for the Saudi office, providing day-to-day operational support.
  • Coordinate office administration activities, including facility management, office supplies, equipment, maintenance, utilities, and vendor services.
  • Liaise with landlords, service providers, banks, courier companies, and other external parties to support office operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, and other logistical requirements for employees and visitors when required.
  • Prepare, organize, maintain, and archive official correspondence, contracts, records, and administrative documentation.

Reporting and Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational activities.
  • Monitor office expenses and assist in processing invoices, payments, and other administrative financial documentation as required.
  • Prepare periodic reports on governmental transactions, office administration activities, compliance status, and operational matters.
  • Perform any other government relations, administrative, or operational duties assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the Saudi office.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of Saudi governmental procedures and administrative processes. You should be adept at managing official documentation, ensuring compliance, and providing comprehensive operational support within a professional office environment.
