About the Public Relations Specialist Role

Fast Fit, a leading EMS fitness company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join its expanding in-house marketing team. This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis. The Public Relations Specialist will be instrumental in building and safeguarding the organization's reputation by cultivating media relationships, developing compelling brand narratives, and enhancing visibility across various communication channels. This position requires close collaboration with the Marketing, Executive Leadership, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Fast Fit professionally in meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
• Promote and articulate the company's services to clients and partners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external organizations and community partners.
• Coordinate public relations activities and provide support for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare presentations, company profiles, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the organization of company events, exhibitions, and corporate visits.
• Monitor public perception and provide feedback to management.
• Support social media and communication initiatives as needed.
• Ensure all communications align with the company's brand identity and values.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a similar role.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
