Core Responsibilities

The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing general relations policies and communication plans tailored to target sectors. Key Duties and Accountabilities

• Review and refine the entity's public relations policy, assess its effectiveness, and propose enhancements.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to bolster the entity's image and operational effectiveness.
• Manage preparations and arrangements for official delegations and high-profile visitors, ensuring their needs are met and coordinating logistics such as transportation and site tours.
• Cultivate and sustain professional working relationships with external entities, affiliated organizations, and companies, evaluating the impact of these collaborations.
• Prepare specialized public relations documents and reports, offering recommendations and solutions, and archiving them according to established procedures.

Experience and Qualifications
