Key Responsibilities

The Reception & Sales Representative will be responsible for a range of duties, including:

• Greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
• Responding to inquiries and managing appointment scheduling.
• Handling client check-in and check-out processes.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records.
• Coordinating with veterinary and nursing teams to support smooth patient flow.
• Promoting clinic services and products.
• Explaining treatment plans and preventive care options to clients.
• Assisting with in-clinic sales of medications, pet care products, and service packages.
• Performing general reception and clerical duties.
• Maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Providing empathetic and professional support to clients and their pets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience, with 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional training in customer service, administration, or veterinary support is considered a plus.
• Experience with clinic or practice management systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a reception, customer-facing, healthcare, veterinary, or medical setting is preferred.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based on-site at the MyPet Clinic branch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team environment, providing direct support to clients and collaborating with veterinary and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
