About the Role

Food House Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the operational performance of its restaurant portfolio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a senior hospitality professional focused on operational leadership and commercial awareness.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will strengthen restaurant concepts, build brand value and awareness, improve operational standards, and support the group's continued growth. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader capable of taking ownership of restaurant operations, inspiring teams, raising service standards, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations and performance of assigned restaurant concepts.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Drive improvements in sales, profitability, customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.
Strengthen restaurant positioning and contribute to the development of brand value, brand awareness, and market presence.
Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic, sales, repeat business, and overall restaurant performance.
Lead, develop, and motivate restaurant management teams and frontline employees.
Build a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams in collaboration with HR and senior management.
Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, labor costs, food costs, and other key performance indicators.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, health and safety standards, and applicable Saudi regulations.
Work closely with marketing and creative teams to support promotions, campaigns, events, and brand-building initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and developments within the premium hospitality and F&B sector.
Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management.
Support the opening, development, repositioning, and expansion of restaurant concepts when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations.
Experience preferably gained within fine-dining restaurants, luxury hotels, premium lounges, or high-end hospitality environments.
Demonstrated strong operational leadership and commercial awareness.
Expertise in brand development and a deep understanding of guest experiences.
