About the Opportunity
Wallan Trading Company is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to develop a career in automotive retail sales within a reputable company.
Role Purpose
The Retail Sales Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle and financing options, and ensuring a positive and satisfying experience from initial inquiry to sale finalization.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting the dealership through various channels.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle presentations and facilitate test drives for potential buyers.
- Clearly explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and available after-sales services.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations and negotiate pricing within established company guidelines.
- Complete all required sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate effectively with finance, insurance, and registration departments to finalize sales transactions.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the designated CRM system.
- Strive to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about new vehicle models, ongoing promotions, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales journey.
Candidate Profile
- 0-1 years of experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
- Proficiency in maintaining customer records and utilizing CRM systems.
- Goal-oriented with a proven capacity to achieve sales targets.
Work Environment and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic showroom environment, requiring direct interaction with customers and collaboration with various internal departments.
