Returns Representative Role Overview

The Brick is seeking a Returns Representative to join its full-time distribution team in Shawyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to managing the flow of merchandise within the distribution center, focusing on returns and ensuring products are processed accurately for retail readiness. The position requires an individual with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to team collaboration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of as-is and dropped items merchandise from the Distribution Centre to retail locations, verifying that all products are in salable condition.
• Execute physical processing tasks, including RF scanning, putting away, and picking merchandise, utilizing equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, or pallet trucks.
• Review product returns to determine the proper disposition of items based on established company guidelines and procedures.
• Identify and accurately report any damages, shortages, or overages observed during the unloading of trucks.
• Ensure that damaged products associated with Common Carriers and the Brick Fleet are correctly identified and segregated for subsequent review by Fleet management.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet trucks.
• Possession of a customer-focused attitude and strong attention to detail.
• A commitment to team collaboration and a desire for career development within a distribution setting.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at The Brick's Distribution Centre located in Shawyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic and team-oriented environment, contributing directly to the efficient flow of merchandise and supporting the company's retail operations.
