About the Role

Vitality, a wellness provider established in Riyadh in 2022, is seeking a Sales and Partnerships professional for its Home Health Care services. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on expanding Vitality's reach by identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with various partners.

Role Overview

The Sales and Partnerships – Home Health Care role is integral to growing Vitality's presence in the home health care sector. The individual in this position will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to establishing and maintaining long-term collaborations. This involves working closely with potential partners to integrate Vitality's comprehensive medical and beauty services into their offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential partners, including clinics, hospitals, wellness centers, and corporate clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, presenting service offerings, negotiating agreements, and fostering ongoing relationships.
  • Conduct daily meetings with partners to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure service capabilities meet partner requirements.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners to inform service improvements.
  • Recommend enhancements to service offerings and outreach strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated skills in sales, relationship management, and business development, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or related service industries.
  • Proven experience in building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, or community organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to clearly articulate medical and wellness services to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic productivity software for pipeline management, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of home health care services, wellness offerings, or medical aesthetics is highly beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is strongly advantageous for local partner engagement.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with adaptability to evolving services and market needs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The role requires active engagement with partners and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of Vitality's home health care solutions.
