Sales Coordinator, Riyadh

EF is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is based in the Riyadh office and focuses on driving sales while supporting EF's mission of fostering understanding through language education and international programs.

Role Purpose

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for actively prospecting and developing sales opportunities on a daily basis. This position requires a self-driven, organized, and motivated individual who can demonstrate a proven track record of finding and developing sales leads, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through effective database and lead management.
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies.
  • Continuously manage and prioritize multiple tasks, working efficiently under pressure.
  • Maintain a daily high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Collaborate as a team-player to best respond to customer needs.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations.
  • Take the lead and utilize all available tools to assist customers in traveling on language courses abroad.
  • Develop and promote relationship-building activities, including participation in fairs and exhibitions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work weekly late shifts and provide monthly weekend coverage, with extra hours as needed.
  • Reach and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales is preferred; recent graduates are welcome to apply, with 1-2 years of sales experience being advantageous.
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Possess a competitive team spirit.
  • Creative with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong ability to manage and complete projects with minimal direction.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet challenging deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospective students throughout the year.
  • Previous study abroad experience or sales experience is preferred.
