About the Sales Operations Executive Role

Tahaluf, a joint venture including Informa PLC, is seeking a Freelance Sales Ops Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who will provide essential support to business unit sales teams operating across various regions, brands, and customer segments. The Sales Operations function is central to providing structured sales administration, Salesforce (CRM) support, data analysis, reporting, and information entry assistance to sales teams.

Role Purpose and Scope

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Executive will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes. This role involves supporting the setup and management of sales campaigns within Salesforce, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency for the business unit. Additionally, the Executive will assist Exhibitor Marketing, Event Operations, and Customer Service teams with data list requests and reporting requirements, facilitating seamless post-sale customer processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated sales order processing tools with sales contracts.
• Provide necessary forms (text) for sales, stand upsells, promotional opportunities, and catalogues.
• Manage stand sharing forms for online customer tools and contract creation.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Salesforce business processes for sales teams.
• Assist with administrative activities supporting pipeline data preparation and event floor plan queries and actionable tasks.
• Act as a key liaison with Billings, Credit Control, Customer Service Team, Operations, and other functions to hand over contracted customers for post-sale customer processes.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of sales systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Ability to provide support in the setup and management of sales campaigns.
• Proficiency in managing data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Capability to support specific business unit reporting or analysis requirements.
