About the Sales Representative Specialist Role

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the construction and landscaping sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of all customers, including construction projects, construction companies, landscaping companies, and other nurseries.
• Create and execute yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales plans.
• Prepare and submit yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports.
• Document daily client visit reports.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our client base.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end-to-end solutions, from design concept to on-ground implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with our design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction industry.
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
• Candidates must be located in Saudi Arabia.
