About the Sales Representative Role

مؤسسة تسويق الهدايا العالميه للتجارة is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for an individual with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on engaging with customers to drive sales and manage the sales cycle.

Core Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at facilitating and closing sales. This includes understanding product details, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment collection.

  • Gathering data and specifications related to company products and services.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of current and prospective customers, including their contact information and addresses.
  • Contacting or visiting customers to present sales offers, highlighting product specifications and competitive advantages.
  • Managing the sales process from offer presentation to closing, including issuing invoices and collecting payments.
  • Following up with customers to collect outstanding debts and remitting collected funds to the finance department.
  • Preparing and submitting regular work reports, ensuring all documentation is saved.

Sales Process Management

This aspect of the role involves the end-to-end management of customer interactions and transactions. It requires attention to detail in pricing, discounts, and financial reconciliation.

  • Verifying product prices and applying authorized discounts to sales offers.
  • Completing the sales transaction, which includes generating invoices and securing payments.
  • Recording and documenting all customer debt collections, and transferring these amounts to the finance department.

Customer Relationship Building

A key component of the role is establishing and nurturing relationships with customers. This involves proactive outreach and clear communication regarding product offerings.

  • Building and updating a comprehensive customer database with essential contact details.
  • Engaging with customers to promote products, present offers, and discuss their benefits.

Reporting and Documentation

Accurate record-keeping and reporting are essential for tracking sales performance and operational efficiency.

  • Preparing and submitting detailed work reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring all work-related documents are properly documented and saved for future reference.
