About the Role

شركة شفق الخير للنقل والخدمات اللوجستية is seeking a dedicated Parcel Delivery Representative to join its logistics team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires minimal to no prior experience, offering an opportunity for individuals to enter the logistics field.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and parcels from the warehouse or sorting centers.
• Verify the accuracy of parcel counts and data before loading.
• Arrange and load parcels safely and systematically into the delivery vehicle.
• Deliver parcels to customers at the specified addresses and within designated timeframes.
• Communicate with customers to coordinate delivery times and locations as necessary.
• Obtain proof of delivery from customers through signatures or approved electronic systems.
• Collect amounts due for shipments, if applicable, and submit them according to established procedures.
• Handle returned parcels, bringing them back to the warehouse and documenting the reasons for return.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of parcels during transport and delivery.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and safety rules while operating the vehicle.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and report any malfunctions or accidents promptly.
• Utilize delivery applications and systems to provide continuous updates on shipment statuses.
• Prepare daily reports detailing deliveries, receipts, and returns.
