About the Role

Mace is expanding its rail capabilities across the Middle East and is seeking a Senior Planning Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This role is integral to shaping and delivering ambitious transport programmes within the region.

Role Context

With a recognized track record in high-speed rail, conventional rail, metro, and complex station environments, Mace is building a high-calibre talent pool to support its growth in the Middle East. This position contributes to this expansion by focusing on project controls and planning expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the application of advanced planning and scheduling methods, techniques, and tools to ensure effective project delivery.
• Apply strong working knowledge of planning, scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and project controls methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Analyze complex requirements and present corrective measures and recommendations to drive project performance.
• Manage and lead a team delivering planning and scheduling services, focusing on team and individual development.
• Influence clients in the acceptance of proposals, strategies, and project recommendations.
• Undertake and deliver project tasks in line with assignment requirements and organizational objectives.
• Support net zero carbon transition goals through proactive identification, management, and reduction of carbon emissions during project delivery.
