Mace is expanding its rail capability across the Middle East and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to contribute to the delivery of ambitious transport programs. The company has a recognized track record in high-speed rail, conventional rail, metro, and complex station environments, and is growing its regional presence by building a high-calibre talent pool.

Role Context and Purpose

This role is crucial for shaping and delivering major rail projects in the region. It involves managing project delivery from inception through construction, ensuring alignment with project plans, key performance indicators, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies. The position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine and coordinate project management, technical services, and external resources required for effective project delivery on behalf of the client.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to align strategies and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and implementation of health and safety frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise and leverage organizational knowledge to support optimal project results.
• Procure and manage design teams and consultants, overseeing scopes, deliverables, fees, variations, and claims.
• Develop and integrate design, authority, procurement, and delivery programs for end-to-end project execution.
• Lead project delivery from inception through construction, ensuring adherence to project plans, KPIs, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
• Oversee stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, change management, and handover documentation for successful project completion.
