About the Role

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer (Utilities) to join their team. This full-time position focuses on leading supervision activities for utilities infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of utilities construction, including water, sewer, stormwater, and telecommunications systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with design drawings, industry standards, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Lead site inspections, oversee testing procedures, and manage contractor coordination to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress utilizing digital reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
