Role Overview

The Senior Specialist - Events Strategy will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives for Qiddiya. This position involves monitoring and evaluating strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals. The role requires a proactive approach to strategy execution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and progress of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance strategy execution.
Collaborate with various teams to maintain focus on strategic goals and timelines.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive management on strategic progress.
Support the creation of governance frameworks and operating models to facilitate strategy delivery.
Facilitate strategic planning meetings to ensure alignment and integration of departmental objectives.
Identify market trends and challenges that could influence strategic direction.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to align strategies.
Contribute to refining and enhancing strategic oversight processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy oversight, project management, or a similar area.
