About the Role

Sapphire LLC, a joint venture focused on manufacturing industrial robots for automation and smart manufacturing, is seeking a Senior Specialist for Rewards & Organizational Development. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves managing and executing key HR functions to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce competitiveness.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist – Rewards & Organizational Development is responsible for overseeing rewards administration, workforce planning, annual merit and bonus cycles, and organizational development initiatives. This role ensures alignment with business requirements, budgets, governance standards, and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rewards Administration: Conduct rewards analysis including salary benchmarking, internal equity reviews, market comparisons, and pay positioning. Prepare and manage annual merit review cycles, bonus and incentive processes, including calculations, validation, and stakeholder coordination. Maintain accurate and confidential rewards records.
  • Workforce Planning & Position Control: Support workforce planning and manpower budgeting aligned with business growth. Monitor headcount, approved positions, manpower utilization, and workforce changes across departments.
  • Organizational Development: Support the design and implementation of organizational development frameworks, including org structure reviews, job design, and role clarity. Partner with leaders to assess capability gaps and develop learning interventions. Support succession planning, talent reviews, and high-potential identification. Administer employee engagement surveys and coordinate follow-up actions. Support performance management processes.
  • Policy, Governance & Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of rewards, OD, and HR governance policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal policies, approved structures, and labor regulations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare various HR reports, including rewards, OD effectiveness, and workforce analytics. Analyze data to support management decision-making and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance rewards practices, OD interventions, and HR operational efficiency. Support HR system enhancements and process standardization.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or HR Operations within a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in rewards analysis, annual merit cycles, bonus administration, workforce planning, and organizational development programs.
  • Familiarity with grading structures, salary surveys, reward governance, and HR frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong capabilities in analytical thinking, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with HRIS systems and rewards data management, workforce reporting and analytics tools, and compensation budgeting and merit planning tools.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. Sapphire LLC operates within the Special Integrated Logistical Zone (SILZ).
