About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Specialist in Workplace Interior Design & Compliance to join its team in Riyadh Province. This full-time role is integral to ensuring that workplace environments meet high standards of design, functionality, and adherence to relevant regulations and company policies. The position requires a strong foundation in interior design principles combined with a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.

Role Overview

The Specialist Workplace - Interior Design & Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the design and compliance aspects of all office spaces. This includes aligning existing facilities with approved space plans and workplace standards, contributing to the delivery of active offices, and enforcing standardized design across new developments. The role is crucial in managing design consistency within a rapidly expanding portfolio and mitigating potential rework or cost escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design compliance and enhancement projects across all company offices.
• Ensure existing offices are aligned with approved space plans and established workplace standards.
• Participate in the delivery process for all active office spaces.
• Enforce standardized workplace design principles across all new developments.
• Address and resolve issues related to inconsistent design across the company's expanding portfolio.
• Contribute to the mitigation of rework and cost escalation on new office projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in interior design, with a specific focus on workplace design.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate workplace design and fit-out projects.
• A strong understanding of space standards and compliance regulations.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage and oversee workplace environments.
