About the Role

Leader Investment Group - LIG is seeking a Senior Business Developer with expertise in construction and real estate to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on identifying and securing new projects within the region.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth by securing new construction and real estate projects. This involves cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and developers, to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new construction and real estate projects from both government and private sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with municipalities ("Amanat") and real estate developers.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and actively participate in tender processes.
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities, providing strategic insights.
• Maintain an organized project pipeline and provide regular progress reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or project acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience within the construction and real estate sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• A strong existing network within both government and private sectors in KSA.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in negotiation and strong communication abilities.
• A thorough understanding of local regulations and market dynamics within the construction and real estate industries.
