About the Stock Preparation Operator Role

Careers International is seeking a Stock Preparation Operator for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is responsible for managing stock preparation processes to ensure both quantity and quality align with product mix requirements, all within budgeted costs and maintaining target yields.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain stock preparation equipment in good working condition.
• Control manpower and overtime expenditures according to budget.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping within the work area.
• Minimize downtime related to stock issues.
• Train subordinates to effectively manage their assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure raw material arrangement meets budget specifications for both quantity and quality.
• Provide continuous feeding of machines with pulp, adhering to running capacity, budget costs, and instructions from management.
• Ensure personal and subordinate adherence to all safety regulations.
• Maintain safe working conditions within the stock plant.
• Control consistency and SR (Schopper-Riegler) values as required for different grades.
• Follow instructions from the Production Manager as part of routine duties.
• Supply pulp of good quality to prevent production disturbances and quality loss.
• Conduct trials within the stock plant as required.
• Perform daily SAP entries for consumption and weekly reconciliation as per Finance department requirements.
• Maintain the process parameters logbook.
• Be responsible for auditing IMS (Integrated Management System) and related documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent from an industrial school.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in paper mills.
• Basic English language proficiency is required.
• A willingness to learn is essential.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves hands-on operation and management within a production environment.
