About the Role: Store Associate I EXA Ceramics

Alfanar is seeking a dedicated Store Associate I EXA Ceramics to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to managing and overseeing all store operations, ensuring efficiency across receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance processes. The role involves meticulous attention to detail in inventory management and adherence to company policies.

Inventory and Operational Management

• Manage the physical and system-based processes for receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring goods.
• Oversee goods inspection, put-away, and picking processes.
• Maintain accurate goods receipt registers and ensure the safekeeping of sample or free-of-cost items.
• Update bin locations within the system and maintain master files for finished goods.
• Conduct perpetual stock counting and prepare monthly reports for review.
• Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) policy and ensure proper preservation of items to prevent damage, leakage, and pilferage.

Quality, Safety, and Asset Management

• Support Quality Control personnel with incoming material inspections.
• Manage rejected goods, notify relevant departments, and follow up with the Purchase Department for resolution.
• Coordinate and arrange scrap loading, verify loaded scrap, and create non-returnable gate passes.
• Monitor and ensure the effective utilization of material handling equipment.
• Ensure the implementation of established management systems.
• Adhere to all company policies, including those related to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Teamwork and Professional Conduct

• Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors, demonstrating openness to direction and feedback.
• Utilize tools and machinery efficiently, adhering to cost and time parameters.
• Execute operational activities according to delivery schedules and work instructions.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
• Implement quality standards for products, processes, and related activities.
• Perform tasks in accordance with established work routines and instructions.
• Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures, and processes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in store operations or a similar field, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory management and operational procedures.
